The 13th Annual Dr. Roger J. Duthoy Scholarship Program

Applicant Eligibility

Scholarship applicants must hold a Master’s degree from a nationally or regionally accredited college or university (or the foreign equivalent) and have a minimum of five years of teaching or education administration experience. The Scholarship is not available to residents of Thailand or Hong Kong.
