Lisa D. Reason

Dr. Lisa Reason earned her Ph.D. from Capella University (2006) in Educational Leadership. She also has an M.Ed. in Administration of Bowling Green State University, and a B.Ed. in Communications from The University of Toledo. Her most recent research and writing endeavors include the publication of a book, entitled “Creating the anywhere, anytime classroom: a blueprint for learning online in grades K-12” (2017), by Solution Tree. Previous scholarly endeavors include the presentation of two peer-reviewed papers at the University Council for Education Administration (UCEA) national conference in November of 2006. Dr. Reason has also presented at ASCD, and NASSP’s national conferences, and has facilitated professional development covering various educational topics in digital and live settings throughout the U.S., and in New Zealand, and Switzerland.  She also co-authored an article on the topic of teacher leadership that was published in the February 2007 issue of ASCD’s Educational Leadership and in 2008 she co-authored a book entitled Organizational Leadership published through Aspen publishers. In addition, her research on Teacher Leadership from 2006 was featured in a new book entitled Teacher Leadership 2.0: New Models for Deep Change.
