Ms. Strouse graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University, School of Law. During law school, Ms. Strouse participated in Moot Court, was a member of Gonzaga’s Journal of International Law, and served on the boards of Moot Court and Women’s Law Caucus. After graduating, Ms. Strouse pursued an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego, School of Law. Ms. Strouse is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the United States Tax Court. Ms. Strouse currently practices law in San Diego, California representing taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and the California Franchise Tax Board.
