Limited-Time Tuition Grants now available to qualified applicants of select School of Education programs.

 

Master of Education (M.Ed) Opportunity Grant

Taft University is pleased to announce a tuition grant for qualified M.Ed Program applicants. Applications are currently being accepted for the M.Ed. Opportunity Grant, with enrollment starting March 15th, 2017. The first 25 qualified applicants (who can enroll and begin studies on or before July 15st, 2017) have an opportunity to earn the M.Ed Degree for as low as $5,500.00 in total tuition, plus books and fees.*

Requirements of students who wish to take advantage of the grant:

  • Must have an earned Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and be currently employed in public or private education at the elementary, secondary or higher education level to apply to the Program.
  • In order for grant recipients to qualify for the reduced tuition in the second Semester, the first Semester must be completed within 6 months of matriculation.
  • In order for grant recipients to qualify for the reduced tuition in the third Semester, the second Semester must be completed within 6 months of enrollment in that Semester and within 18 months of matriculation.
  • Grant recipients must complete all graduation requirements within two years from the date of matriculation.
  • Only new applicants who have not previously been enrolled into a Taft University program are eligible for the Grant.

Doctor of Education (Ed.D) Opportunity Grant

Taft University is pleased to announce a tuition grant for qualified Ed.D. Program applicants. For a limited time, the first 25 qualified applicants (who can Enroll and begin studies on or before May 1st, 2017) have an opportunity to earn the Ed.D Degree for as low as $9,072.00 in total tuition, plus books.*

The Grant program is available only for these three William Howard Taft University Program options:

  • Doctor of Education (Ed.D) - emphasizes course work in leadership and management in a variety of educational and public service settings. It requires no classroom or seminar attendance. The Program is of particular interest to individuals with public or private school teaching experience who seek administrative positions or middle level managers who are interested in moving into higher levels of administration.
  • Ed.D with a concentration in Technology and Leadership (Ed.D T&L) - emphasizes course work in leadership and management in a variety of educational and public service settings. The Educational Technology Concentration provides students with a solid foundation of advanced concepts in instructional design, management, laws and ethics, and emerging trends as they apply to the use of technology in a variety of educational settings. The Program is of particular interest to individuals with public or private school teaching experience who seek administrative positions or middle level managers who are interested in moving into higher levels of administration.
  • Ed.D with a concentration in Charter School Administration (Ed.D CSA) - emphasizes course work in educational leadership and management with a focus on charter school operations. The Program is of interest to school administrators and individuals with public or private school teaching experience who are interested in advancing to higher levels of administration – particularly in the charter school arena.
